Honorablely done with professionalism. The ordered hat turned out to be a bit too big upon receipt. Return then wait for the new one that fit perfectly. Note: the order was based on a Christmas promo price. Very professional, TRACLET ensured the return and the reshipment at no extra cost to me. That's what I call a business relationship! Well done, gentlemen!

The products they sell are certainly good, it's mainly the service... Not respecting promised delivery times and not getting a response for a return.
