After several hesitations on the choice of the hat and the neck cover we called TRACLET and a gentleman of great understanding and courtesy guided us in our search as well as for making the payment. A big thank you to him. The delivery was impeccable as well as the packaging. Perfect I highly recommend the TRACLET site and especially the product of very high quality. Bravo to you.

I am satisfied with the order but the sizes I chose are too large, too bad, and yet my wife measured my head circumference precisely, it is not 61 that I should have taken, moreover although I ordered 2 caps in 61 one of them the Traclet is larger than the other!

I had returned a Stetson leather cap after several purchases at Traclet... sent for repair because the top button had fallen off... never got a response... cap never recovered... radio silence from Traclet. Very disappointed... I loved this cap. And yet, despite everything... as a loyal customer I just placed another order. Everything is fine... I hope never to need any other customer service regarding the other hats or caps purchased on this company's site. Why did I return despite this. Choice, advice, and precise description of the product online.
