Hello
Many headgear are unisex across many models.
That's why it is found in both men's and women's sections.
However, for the sun hat reference 297, it will be complicated to say that it is a children's hat as we sold 100 pieces for an association and the people are adults.
The one size generally being 57 cm.
Best regards Traclet

Very large choice, very fast shipping. Perhaps improve the referencing on the site (not easy to find certain accessories like cork bands).

I received size XL and ordered M ....
And since I had an urgent need for this item, I am unhappy ...

It's very convenient, there are many choices of hats. No need to go through the supplier to place an order.
They are very serious, the delivery times are more than acceptable compared to the estimates at the time of ordering.
I will highly recommend it to those around me.

When there is no stock for a model, the waiting time is not given or not accessible from the customer's view. The hat arrived well, a week after the desired usage date!!! I will wear it anyway... but I am disappointed with the service.

Hello
Thank you for taking the time to give your opinion.
We would be happy to provide you with an exact delivery time.
However, in the hat manufacturers, this is currently not possible.
Many companies are small structures like ours and try to respond as quickly as possible.
However, the uncertainties of orders and people often mean that deadlines are not respected.
This despite everyone's good intentions.
If we also add the approximate deadlines of the different carriers, the deadlines for us are quite complicated to estimate.
Best regards
Traclet

Hello,
I had already bought a Crambes hat at a market in Saint Gildas in Morbihan, it shrank after washing (at 30°) size 'L', that's why I ordered a new one in size XL. Too big for my head, but after washing it turned out to have shrunk to the right size.
I hope, however, that this phenomenon will not happen again during a future wash!
And that it does not lose its UV protection qualities after successive washes.
Best regards.

Response from Chapellerie Traclet Published on 07/08/2018

hello
Thank you for your message.
Regarding the size issue, it often shrinks because when you clean it; you need to clean it well with cold water and ammonia and not warm or hot because that's when it shrinks.
Otherwise, the Tanzania Safari hat in cotton has a fabric with UV Standard 801 - Protect 80 - UVP 504/1 to effectively protect you from the sun even when wet.
Best regards
