Very fast delivery, I later had to change the product to change color and size, very quick team to respond to my questions by email, I returned the item and received my new cap just 4 days later. A big thank you

First of all, I congratulate the operator who responds quickly, his soft voice, kind words. If I were a girl, I would marry him. Then the delivery is fast. I am very happy. That's why this is the fifth hat I buy from you. In a few months, I will buy another one. I need to save some money.

My problem is not the site itself, just that I sent my hat on April 18 for a special event that has already passed and I still do not have it and when you call it is already complicated to reach someone and when they do answer, you feel like they are lecturing you, very self-assured people who do not care about you and it has been a decade that I have been with you and it started with my ex-girlfriend who bought (still buys I think) all our hats and other accessories from you so I think I deserve to have the respect of your employees, thank you...

hello
As indicated in our last email, we would need a photo of the packaging (box) in order to make a claim with the post office because on our side, when sending, the box was in good condition.
