Reliable. The bob is well made and carefully sewn. A small downside: I thought the fabric would be a bit thicker

Perfect hat, as described. Head reducer: a bit disappointing, I had to sew it because the Velcro didn't hold well.

Unjustified delay between the order and receipt. I needed this hat for a special occasion and had to buy one elsewhere urgently.

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello, please excuse us for the delay a bit longer than expected.
The delay for the black color was 2 weeks and we took 3 weeks, which is one week longer.
In case of urgency, we could have replaced it with another beret from another brand in stock.
For that, it was simply necessary to contact us to send it to you.
Best regards

A small downside related to the packaging of the cap. The cardboard paper protection did not withstand the humidity in the mailbox.
