I had never bought a hat online. The site is clear, answers all questions. By following the advice on shapes, sizes, everything was perfect for my purchase.
The delivery time is a bit long, but it's worth it.

The product is very satisfactory but regarding the order I am disappointed. Indeed, I placed the order on Thursday and selected a 72H delivery (to receive it over the weekend for an event). The delivery was only made the following Wednesday, almost a week after my order. I paid for express delivery only to receive standard delivery..

Response from Chapellerie Traclet Published on 21/02/2018

hello
For the delay, it is indeed well noted on the product sheet when choosing the size as well as a confirmation by email of a supply and therefore a delay. It is a pity that we did not have the information about your urgent request.
Please let us know what we can do better. Indeed, the delay is indicated both on the product sheet and communicated later by email.
If you have a solution, we are of course open.
Best regards

Product in stock visually on the site.
When I paid with Visa, the product was being restocked and now 6 weeks of delay...... the item arrived after I needed it!

Translated reviews

Response from Chapellerie Traclet Published on 21/02/2018

Hello
Please excuse us for the delay but the information about the restocking was clearly indicated during the purchase both on the product sheet and in an email.
Moreover, what is unfortunate is that we spoke to you by phone and we sent the cap well before your event.
Was there a delivery issue?
We did not receive any feedback from you.
For the issue, we offer you a voucher of 10 euros.
Thank you for getting back to us as soon as possible.
Best regards

Site not clear enough, I feel that the company is doing its best but the email exchanges are not clear. For example, I received a restocking notice that destabilized me!

Response from Chapellerie Traclet Published on 21/02/2018

thank you for your message.
We try to be as clear as possible by informing right from the order about the delivery time when choosing the size and an email if there is a delay.
We believe we do our best to inform the customer but we are of course open if you have a suggestion.
Best regards
