Chapellerie Traclet delivers consistently fast shipping and reliable service, with many customers noting quick delivery and prompt order handling, sometimes arriving in time for events and performances. The product quality and presentation are repeatedly praised: hats and caps are described as well-made, comfortable to wear, with soft materials and neat finishes that align with photos and expectations. A wide selection and clear value for money are highlighted by shoppers who appreciate diverse options, reasonable prices, and durable, stylish designs. Customer service is perceived as attentive and professional, with straightforward returns and responsive assistance when needed.
The hat sent is not the one ordered. Customer service is almost non-existent. I have to return the hat before they send me the one I ordered. But since they don't give me a return label, I won't receive the hat which is a birthday gift for August 29. In short, avoid this site which creates problems and is unable to resolve them quickly.

Very good bob but the size XXL is a bit tight... I wear size 62 and I find it a bit tight on my head... too bad

Hello Marc,
Thank you for your feedback! We are delighted that you appreciate the bob, even if the size XXL seems a bit tight. Your opinion is valuable and will help us continue to improve our offer.

Hello, I chose the hat because it had a cord to attach it. However, upon receipt, this is not the case. In case of wind, the hat flies away. This means I can only use it in calm weather. Best regards,

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello Chantal,
We understand your disappointment regarding the hat and we are sincerely sorry for this situation. For this model, we do not indicate that it has a cord, the photo is taken on a display stand but at no time do we indicate a cord to attach it.
If needed, we can send you one by mail.
Best regards,
The boutique team.
