2 Chapkas ordered and paid for 3 months ago, 1 arrived in the right size, the other had the wrong size.... Resent and we are still waiting.... too long delay. We cancel the 2nd order!

Hello, the order was placed on 29/10/2017 and we are on 22/12/2017 which makes two months. As indicated during our telephone exchanges, this model was indeed size 60 cm and you requested the change to size 61 cm. We had it redone. However, the manufacturing at Crambes (one of the last French manufacturers) is quite long and we do not control that. We can understand your wish to have the chapka quickly but you can also understand the manufacturing delay. Best regards, Traclet
