As for the actual shipping, no malicious observations to make. It was quick and correct. For a simple beret, home delivery would have been preferable.

Unfortunately, I cannot leave a positive review. Some issues with my hat, which is beautiful, arrived deformed and with poorly made seams. After sending photos to customer service, I received no response. Basically, the seams are

Product conforms to the website except: you state 100% cotton whereas it is indeed a gabardine fabric not 100% cotton (this did not bother me as I have been wearing this type of hat for 5 years and know it by heart) But correct the site for more transparency for customers who may not know the product.

Hello,
Thank you for taking the time to share your opinion. We are sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations.
What is the issue with the hat? It is of course possible to exchange it for another model if it does not suit you.
Best regards,
Traclet Sébastien

No quality control: item received stained, deformed, and poorly woven.
Item not compliant with the description: "a good quality finish that leaves little room for a difference with an original Panama hat." This is not true!
Transport box too tight for the size of the hat.
Fast delivery

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello,
Please excuse us if there is a quality issue.
Thank you for sending us a photo at [email protected]
So we can proceed with its exchange.
Regarding the quality of weaving, the quality-price ratio of a 20 euro hat compared to the 65 euros of a Panama hat so far, even in hat-making, our customers indicate that this model is well positioned. The perceived quality can vary from person to person.
As for the box, this type of hat is sent in an A13 box to ensure good quality of the box, and to date, we have not received feedback that it is too tight.
What dimension would you like?
Best regards,
Traclet
