I was really disappointed to see that the velvet ribbon was missing around the Breton hat, not buckled does not mean that the ribbon is missing...? I paid a certain amount for a very simple hat... If by chance you could send me a ribbon I would be really grateful, if possible. Regards

I was very surprised and disappointed by the very bright color, I thought I was ordering a mustard yellow (it appears like that on the site) and ended up with a very bright yellow that did not match the color of the costume. It would be important to specify this on the site, this is the first time I notice such a color discrepancy, I have often ordered from you.

I asked if the product was suitable for a head size of 57cm and for my large surface this is really very very tight. Moreover, the hook at the back of the cap is now off-center since it is stretched to the maximum. It was meant to be a gift... My son is sad. Otherwise, the product was delivered quickly and was well packaged so that it did not suffer from the inconveniences of travel. Have a good day

Small problem. I had ordered a pair of BROWN suspenders, it arrived BLACK, which I do not need. The other pair, Navy, is correct. What should I do?

More than three months of waiting. They sent me a different product than ordered.

The package still hasn't arrived. It's still on the way, since I placed the order on July 27. Of course, it's for the summer holidays. But, I believe that in the end, it will be a 'happy ending'

I ordered this cap for 40 euros, they sent me a nearly similar model for 26 euros... after complaining, Traclet asked me to return the cap without offering any commercial gesture as an apology... I requested a refund which I received without shipping costs! I have therefore lost time and money with this site which has lost its seriousness over time!

is available in different sizes. It would be good to add a size choice to meet the customer's needs. I based my purchase on the measurements from the illustration. If I had known about the different sizes, I would have bought two items.
In summary:
- disappointing sales experience because the item received does not match the measurements in the photo and does not meet my needs.
- missed sales because potential customers do not know that you offer items in different sizes.

When I tried to adjust the cord of the cap, it broke because the tightening object doesn't tighten anything. I am returning the cap for an exchange.

6 weeks delay... way too long.

My order was not delivered to me.

The product arrived in very good condition and perfectly meets my expectations! However, I would have liked to be kept informed about stock issues and thus the significantly increased delivery time (order placed in the twenties of June, received on September 7!). When you see 2 days of delivery on the site and receive nothing without being informed of anything, it's quickly worrying. That said, your responses are quick so that makes up for it I suppose. And the product remains perfect!

For now, I won't comment. As mentioned, I am waiting for the follow-up to this matter since I just returned the hat that was too small!

Order processed quickly and delivered in a few days. The quality of the 2 purchased products disappoints me a lot.

The site is easy to use, delivery is very fast and in accordance with the announcement, however, it was made on a rainy day, the box arrived wet and torn, fortunately the item is intact.
