I ordered 2 hats and received them within the announced deadlines, so far so good. But one of the 2 hats is not the one I ordered.
I sent an email with a photo to Traclet on the same day (5 days ago) and I still have no response.
It is out of the question for me to return a product at MY EXPENSE due to an error that is not my fault.
Please respond to my email within 24 hours of posting my message.
*My request is legitimate and especially polite.
I am more than disappointed with your services.

The inside of the beret is labeled Basque beret but the dimensions indeed make it a mountain hunter's beret.

Hello. When choosing the delivery method, I opted to have the 3 ordered hats delivered to my home without mandatory signature. This allowed me not to be present at the time of delivery. In the end, the choice of packaging was not suitable for a standard mailbox, and therefore could not fit inside. In the end, I had to go pick up my package at the post office. Please adapt your packaging to mailboxes, especially since three hats should fit in many mailboxes!!!

2 points to absolutely improve I think:
- The package arrived almost open as the craft tape used is fragile, and there was no protection against crushing the hat... really not great.
- The quality of the hat: I still spent 70 euros on this hat, and it's almost like a joke costume hat... a bit better finished, but the quality and sturdiness of the hat for this price is really below what we expect...

I received the beret in a simple envelope folded in two. I am really disappointed, I really can't see myself giving it as a gift like that! I should have followed my first impression and bought it on Amazon, at least there, presentation matters, the beret is in a cardboard box, the minimum!

The Flechet Basque beret at 15 euros is sent in a simple envelope because this model is not sold by the brand in a box.
Such a beret cannot be sent in a box that will take more packaging than the product.
We do have berets with boxes that are noted but unfortunately not this model.
