The product is not what I expected, the color rendering is misleading.

Easy to order, I received my package quite quickly. However, I do not like the cap I received at all because it was not highlighted on the site, it is very difficult to see the white visor of this cap which makes it horrible (sorry). I will request a refund.

size M56,57 a bit too big (made in China???)

Difficult to pay online! I know that ChapellerieTraclet is not directly to blame but it was difficult to place the order. Thanks to the person who kindly informed me over the phone and sent me a payment form.

Site unable to validate an order for Switzerland.

Navigating the site presents some difficulties in searching.
One example: You send me an email for a preview of the collection.
I then search for the leather cap which is only available in black on the search site.
Fortunately, you sent me information the next day presenting this
cap in brown color. Otherwise, there would have been no order

Just to say that size 61 is too tight for me and I would have needed a 62. There is a way to wear the beret military style, perched on the top of the head and well turned over the ears, a more relaxed, looser way, which would deserve larger sizes.

Important delays.

Out of my last three orders, only 1 has been fulfilled to date. The problem is that we only learn about the unavailability of the ordered product via email after the order has been paid.

Terrible. It's a scam. Over 100 days for a cane and without any information; no thanks. Forget me.

size 58 is too big, :::::

I did not receive the ordered item. Impossible to return it as it was a gift given on the same day and I had to make do with it.

Color error in the shipment

The website does not indicate if the item is in stock in the color and size ordered. Traclet only informed me of this during my call when I was worried about not having news of my order. As soon as we agreed on another color, the customer service and delivery were very efficient.

Delivered 4 months after the order after a refund request. No explanation. It's borderline dishonest.

There are two different caps in the photos on the site, obviously I received the wrong one, what a shame!

I had asked for advice on the size and I was told that S/M would be a bit tight for size 58. But L/XL is a bit big. Wouldn't it be better to keep the classic sizes?

Not satisfied with the delivery, almost 2 weeks delay.

There was first an inability to scroll through the size menu, then there was an error due to the clumsy correction of the size labels on the site, still for the same chosen item.
But your responsiveness ultimately paid off, and everything is back to normal.

Order placed on 07/07/2021 and delivery received on 25/09/2021! The payment was processed without delay and we waited more than two and a half months to receive the ordered product.

I still haven't received my hat.
It's been 3 months since I ordered a bowler hat.
After sending emails, I have remained without a response from you.

I am very happy with my hat, but I wanted it in black and I received it in green: it is very difficult to know which color was chosen on the site, there is only one photo in black (for the hat I took anyway) and no visual difference when clicking on one color or another: I didn't even realize I was ordering in green... this could be improved on the site.

Fast and efficient service. The product labeled as size 56 is actually size 55 (measured with a tape measure).

Too dark, does not match the indicated color

False description on the site. Hat that was supposed to have a lining inside (hence my choice for this cap) but ultimately did not have one... no gesture from the manager in the face of their mistake... (and an email with lots of spelling mistakes!).

I don't like the material of this hat.

I am very disappointed with the trilby model I just received. It fits poorly, is not provided with reducers, and is way too high. I did not order a top hat! I do not recommend this model from this supplier.

Certainly there is a choice but at the time of payment, the payments are refused and this by card so you have to call to either reorder or pay the person online who is not very nice!!

I received a cap that is clearly not the right size despite choosing the correct dimension. Indeed, this is already the 3rd time I buy the same product in a few years (this cap, due to its material and color, does not tolerate UV well, I was warned in the store where I went at the time of the first purchase but they did not have it in stock last time and did not know when it would be restocked). The store I used to go to clearly advised me to try online. And this is the only site where I found the same model for a higher price not to mention shipping costs and finally, the size (55cm) is no longer indicated inside as I was used to but an S for small. Unusable product because it measures at least 56cm (yes, I have a small head).
I am extremely disappointed to have been left 7 weeks without headwear rather than 3 or 4 as stated on the page and moreover, to receive a product that does not fit.

For my first order a bit disappointed the package was open even the delivery person asked me what was in the box.
