More than 15 days of waiting because an item was missing! Had to chase customer service, so zero for customer relations, especially since I paid 15 days ago. Since the products are more expensive than on the market, we expect something else.

There was too much delay for my order, order placed on December 6 received on December 23 no email or call to warn of this delay seeing the days advance I had to call myself as there was no response following the email sent.

The site is very good, however I pay 10€ more to be delivered in 24h by TNT and for a package that fits in my mailbox and at worst there is a caretaker who receives all the packages I find myself having to leave my job on December 23 to go pick up the package in an industrial area where we were 3 people looking everywhere for the famous BLUEDISTRIB very poorly indicated. Bad delivery experience however the hat met my expectations.

Hello, the order was placed on 29/10/2017 and we are on 22/12/2017 which makes two months. As indicated during our telephone exchanges, this model was indeed size 60 cm and you requested the change to size 61 cm. We had it redone. However, the manufacturing at Crambes (one of the last French manufacturers) is quite long and we do not control that. Our boxes are made in Roanne and thus respect ecology as much as possible as well as a minimum of petroleum products like the tape which is here made of paper. The packaging is made of tissue paper like the famous Borsalino brand uses.
But if you have another solution we are of course open to improve and better satisfy you.

The size of the hat was too small. We measured a 59 cm diameter head circumference, and the hat t59 actually only measured 57-58.... so we had to choose a 61... the customer service on the phone is very responsive and welcome! the hat is very pretty, and met our expectations regarding color and quality quite correct in this price range. We work in the entertainment industry, and it looks sturdy, at an affordable price!

In Chapellerie, women's sizes are 55/56 cm for one-size hats.
We offer hats that we make in France and that we size.
We cannot impose our way of seeing on a brand.
But we also cannot impose on you to choose a French product that has size.
Furthermore, if you have any questions, we respond both by phone at 04 77 71 40 58 and by email.
It is still better to ask if you have questions than to make a criticism afterwards knowing that we already provide a lot of information about the product.
