Very good regarding order and delivery management. The only downside is that the product (size L- 58/59 cm) needs to be adjusted according to the exact size of the user (58 cm, for me), so I am obliged to place a new order for head reducer bands at €0.20 and €4.00 for shipping. It seems to me that it would be wise to provide this item with the hat to avoid this kind of inconvenience.

It took more than 6 months to get my Tilley hat. After each call, I was supposed to be informed about the supply from Canada but I received nothing.

Indeed, for a cleaning, we must receive the hat and then send it back once it is done. Therefore, it requires two shipments that are not settled and which is an important cost for us.
