The photo of the Daniel Vial scarf on the site has nothing to do with the scarf received, which is not hand-painted, but a simple striped scarf. The return of merchandise is too complicated, I do not want to be forced to have a Paypal account.

The model is indeed a Daniel Vial model as it is our only manufacturer.
For the return shipping costs, it is still a proposed solution to have the return shipping costs.

I did not see this as a security issue since the password is sent to your personal email address. In this case, if someone has stolen your email address; they can intervene even if it is not sent to your email because they will have a link instead.

Sorry but the beret is indeed in brown color (For us, the Traclet hat shop and for the Torpedo house) the delivered model is not in black leather.

Hello, We are sorry if the delivery was not done correctly and following your call after 7 PM, we asked TNT for a redelivery which is not possible when it is already at a relay point. It is still a shame to give a rating that does not correspond to the service of the Traclet hat shop which did everything on its side for the shipment as well as the follow-up, but it is TNT that did not do its job correctly.
