Chapellerie Traclet delivers consistently fast shipping and reliable service, with many customers noting quick delivery and prompt order handling, sometimes arriving in time for events and performances. The product quality and presentation are repeatedly praised: hats and caps are described as well-made, comfortable to wear, with soft materials and neat finishes that align with photos and expectations. A wide selection and clear value for money are highlighted by shoppers who appreciate diverse options, reasonable prices, and durable, stylish designs. Customer service is perceived as attentive and professional, with straightforward returns and responsive assistance when needed.
Good if you don't have an exchange to make; otherwise communication is not super fast and it drags a bit... Serious merchant nonetheless, good products, a wide range.

Good site but the distribution in the different categories is "blurred" and some models end up in categories where they don't belong.

The site is nice and the choice of hats is large.
Too bad the sizes are not more precise for each hat.

I ordered and paid for a Tilley hat nearly 10 days ago. To date, no delivery, no information on delays or setbacks, and no response to my inquiries. If the situation persists, I plan to inform Tilley in Canada.

My order was probably overlooked so it took a long time to arrive after I followed up, I had it the next day. Too bad it arrived a day after the birthday for which it was intended.

Some difficulties in finding a specific product model. But well, we manage anyway. Maybe it is possible to recommend certain models based on face morphology!

Well-stocked site, very good well-documented photos, easy to use, except for the credit card payment part, I had to try a few times fearing to make multiple payments. Fortunately, that was not the case, but this part of the site deserves to be reviewed.

The cap arrived with a lot of delay (about 4 weeks) so I called the company to find out what was happening. I could not get reliable information: 'it will arrive next week'; Ultimately, I had to give up and wait.
