The Panama straw hat is good. The felt hat is a disaster and I am very disappointed with the product you delivered to me. The label inside is erased... a sign that this hat is a return that has been used or is made in China and you erased the manufacturer, and the outside is fleece. a sign that it has already been used. The conclusion is that I regret ordering and paying for a product that I will not use, being ugly and of poor quality. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

It should be specified on the site that some products are 'out of stock' at the time of ordering and not after the purchase. For each product, there is only one photo. I ordered a hat that did not fit me at all, and therefore I wanted to return it. Not possible to do so from my phone. Not possible to download the return slip. It cost me 8.64 euros to return it by Colissimo, and so I have no hat, and it cost me 8.65 euros. Not satisfied at all.

I had ordered 2 long night caps, one black and one white, for my son for Christmas. He received a short cap and a long cap. After reporting it by email and phone, I was told they would correct this mistake by sending the long cap with a return slip for the short cap.
