Chapellerie Traclet delivers consistently fast shipping and reliable service, with many customers noting quick delivery and prompt order handling, sometimes arriving in time for events and performances. The product quality and presentation are repeatedly praised: hats and caps are described as well-made, comfortable to wear, with soft materials and neat finishes that align with photos and expectations. A wide selection and clear value for money are highlighted by shoppers who appreciate diverse options, reasonable prices, and durable, stylish designs. Customer service is perceived as attentive and professional, with straightforward returns and responsive assistance when needed.
The received Pakol hat corresponds to the description. Very good product.
Small downside, a second embroidered Pakol hat ordered in mid-December has still not been delivered while the site indicates a delay of 15 days between the order and delivery.

Ordered 2 months ago and without news since, I send a message... finally a package arrives...
With a beanie... but not the one I had chosen.
Forced to return it, and I am waiting for the follow-up.

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello
Please excuse us for this delivery issue.
We have sent you a return slip by email.
Upon receipt, we will keep you informed.
Currently, Kopka is changing owners, and in the last delivery, we must have had an error in the references.
Best regards
Traclet Sébastien

Happy with the products of my order, exactly matching the proposal of the site and perfect size. I take away one star because of delivery issues, only one item out of two in the package. But after contacting TRACLET, the problem was resolved very quickly, the second item was sent again and everything is OK. Surely a small issue at the start of shipping, nothing serious.

I am very disappointed with the suspenders received! On your site, it is noted that the width of the suspenders is 5cm. In fact, they are only 3.5 cm like all the others! It was for my husband's birthday; he is going to be disappointed. However, the colors are nice.

Perfect, hat shipped very quickly and arrived very quickly (I believe it was at the parcel relay in two days). Good quality, to see over time of course, but immediately I am perfectly satisfied and I will not hesitate to order again.
