In search of a cap, the Traclet site caught my attention with an impressive quantity of apparently quality items. My choice was difficult. Once my order was validated, it was quickly taken care of and sent. Upon receipt, the quality is confirmed and gives me complete satisfaction.
See you soon for the next order

Very satisfied with my purchase, especially since I had to exchange a hat that didn't fit, the customer service was super responsive and processed the exchange at my vacation location in record time.

Quite a significant choice.
Too bad your prices are significantly higher than your competitors for the same product.

The hat is great, but ..... delivery time not respected because out of stock (which I can understand), however no email to notify of this shortage, no alert, if we do not return to the site to check the tracking we know nothing. What is the point of forcing people to create an account in this case. Anyway, an effort on communication would be great!!!
