Hello Mathieu,
We are sincerely sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. We understand your disappointment regarding the quality of the product and the delivery time.
For the quality of this 100% cotton cap at 39 euros, please let us know the type of finish or quality of cotton you would have liked so we can discuss improvements with our manufacturer for this model.
Finally, we also offer other qualities and finishes of caps ranging from the simplest to the most sophisticated with UV protection models made in Europe with Soway but also in France.
Thank you for your feedback.
Best regards,
The Traclet Hat Shop team.

I bought a Göttmann baseball cap at the Traclet store in Roanne, on the advice of the saleswoman (light color, neck cover, UV protection): I am delighted with this product which, although different from my first choice, meets all my expectations in addition to being very light and easy to maintain.

Size error: very complicated return! Received by returns via Mondial Relay which made me visit 3 stores before someone took my package! Return package that has not arrived at its destination for 3 days ... still no news about my exchange request ... I might get my hat in the right size in September who knows ...

Several orders and everything is perfect, prices, fast delivery times, the only downside is the sizes, it is indicated for example 60/61 cm, and it's a lottery either you receive a 60 or a 61 cm, so either the size matches, or you have to put in some elastic bands, but if you are at the max size, I think it's better to contact them before ordering, or at least have it mentioned.
