Hello
Thank you for your comment.
The order was placed on Friday 16/02/2024 at 18:53:01.
The order left on Monday 19/02/2024 under tracking 6C18383620326
Indeed, even though we are open on Saturday, the post does not take our packages. It therefore leaves on Monday because the post does not work on Sunday yet.
It was delivered on Wednesday 21

Thank you for indicating the issue encountered with the delay because for a delay with delivery on Tuesday, it would have been necessary to take Chronopost or TNT.
We hope, however, that the hat gives you complete satisfaction.

A lot of waiting to receive a short beanie that is much longer than a classic beanie

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello
For the short beanie, it has a cuff that is adjustable, normally it is worn as shown in the photos posted online.
Here for example we have this model which is a short model like a Breton beanie.

or
https://www.chapellerie-traclet.com/fr/femme/7778-bonnet-miki-brest-anthracite.html
It is of course possible to change it if it does not suit
