I particularly appreciated having a 'human' interlocutor who was affable and competent with whom I could talk, be advised. It's so rare these days that I suggest to the company manager to especially keep this employee. With my thanks. Courteous greetings. R.Delong

A lot of products available. A bit complicated to find which model was available and in what size. The possible return period is very interesting but the return conditions are not very practical… when it's for a gift it becomes a bit tedious.

Well-packaged hat arrived on time. Hat a bit large compared to the 56 I usually wear but can be adjusted with reducers, except that I ordered two and received one. Good quality hat, will see over time if everything is compliant.
