Perfect, no problem on the site, only the access to secure payment posed a problem quickly resolved by the call and the speed of the advisor on the phone, hence an error in the payment registration and a delay in delivery.

Hello, I just received the hat I ordered but it is not in 56 as agreed and as it is written inside the hat, but it is 59.
This makes a very big difference in size and therefore it is unusable.
Best regards
Michael Sabba.

I recommend this site "chapellerie-traclet.com", because the product is compliant with the order and serious staff: traceability and information from the order taking to the delivery of the latter, with a touch of humor "hat".!!!!
