Very satisfied with my order: no difficulty navigating the site, thanks in particular to the many criteria retained for product selection. The delivery respected the planned deadlines. As a regular customer, I noticed that the photos published on the site do not necessarily give a perfect idea of the products, which are much more attractive in reality! I recommend Traclet. One can trust its know-how.

As already expressed, serious site easier to use on a computer than on mobile but still manageable on mobile.
Convenient as it offers delivery to parcel shops like those of the Post Office.

A lot of choices on the site, one of the few to provide large sizes in hats. You can find entry-level products as well as more prestigious brands.

Given that I still have not received my order placed more than a month ago, I do not see how I can rate you better.
Moreover, it was necessary for me to follow up to get news about my order.

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello
please excuse us for this manufacturing delay for the leather gavroche cap in size 62 cm. Indeed, normally the manufacturing delay is 2-3 weeks but an additional week was necessary for this large size.
According to the postal tracking, the package should be delivered to you today, Tuesday, July 26.
Remaining at your disposal
Best regards

The hat perfectly matches the quality I wanted for a good quality-price ratio. The package arrived 'visited' by an unkind delivery person but it seems the hat didn't please him...

The site is very well done, there is good communication after purchase. The only problem is the state of the delivery box. Indeed, it was quite torn and dented when it was delivered to me. However, the hat inside was barely dented, nothing serious.
