The packaging box was very damaged, even torn showing the hat. Fortunately, no damage to the hat.

I am very disappointed: I bought 2 hats from you at 89 euros each (I am a long-time Traclet customer). What a surprise to find them in a hat shop for 79 euros each. You won't see me again.

Cap of very nice quality, special care is given to the lining, the design matches the photo. The cap is comfortable and elegant. The size is perfect and the quality-price ratio is respected. I recommend.

Navigating the site is quite pleasant and easy. The range of products is interesting and there is quite a bit of choice. The description of each product is clear and the origin (country of manufacture) is often indicated (Note: a nice finish regarding the Italian workshops).

Practical and simple site, but the item was advertised as available when it was actually out of stock, and the delivery times were much longer than initially indicated.
