Hello
Thank you for your comment.
The delivery time of 3/4 weeks was indeed well noted when choosing the size. This manufacturing delay is also indicated in the order summary and a third time, an email is sent to indicate this delay.
We understand that for many 3/4 weeks may seem long but unfortunately Laulhere, which is the last manufacturer of berets for the army, currently requires a delay of 3/4 weeks that we cannot reduce as they have no stock.
Thank you for your understanding.
Best regards
Traclet Sebastien

When I placed the order I was supposed to be delivered in 72 hours but after 72 hours the package was not even made and even less given to the carrier. I had to pay 6 euros to have my order on time so you understand my dissatisfaction ???????

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello
please excuse us for this delivery delay, we had a problem with the bank's payment confirmation. The order was placed on August 8, 2021, and the payment confirmation was made on August 13, which is also the day the order was sent.
Please excuse us for this inconvenience.
Best regards

This is the second time I buy a hat from the hat shop, and I am still just as delighted! You sell real little wonders!
The delivery time was a bit long for this hat, which is explained by the fact that it comes from Australia!
It's a very beautiful hat, of very good quality. Less comfortable than the old Stetson I had, which didn't have a hard shell, this one is nevertheless sturdier and of better quality!
I am very happy :)

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello
thank you for your comment, please excuse us for this delay but the time it took us to manufacture them in the desired sizes without the text part took a bit longer than expected.
We hope that the bachis will give you complete satisfaction.

Beautiful quality (sailor) cap, exactly as shown in the photo (and its description). Carefully packaged: tissue paper and reinforced cardboard. Forgive this easy pun, but 'Hats off!' both for the quality of the item and for its delivery!
