All my hat purchases have been made at Traclet, and I can only congratulate myself. It's a serious house offering a wide range of items. I recommend without restriction.

The site is very well done, however when you order you are given a delivery time of 3 weeks and I waited 1 month and a half to be delivered (after having called and complained, coincidentally the same day my order was shipped!).

Response from Chapellerie Traclet Published on 31/07/2021

Hello
Please excuse us for this delay, currently Tilley has delays in its production of Tilley wanderer. We had arrivals the week of your call; that is why it was shipped the day of your order.
We hope that the Tilley hat will satisfy you.
Remaining at your disposal
Best regards
Traclet Sebastien
