The product corresponds well to my order, the quality of the clip that tightens the chin strap is difficult to handle, its quality is therefore average.

I expected to receive my hat in a box to keep it in good condition, but I simply received it in a packaging box, so I have to find a way to store it while keeping its shape... I am very disappointed..:(

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello,
The Flechet brand does not offer a hat box for its models.
However, we offer hat boxes for storage.
The cartons are necessary for transport so that you can receive them in good condition and in good shape, which is the most important.
Then if you want a hat box for storage, we have them but it is a different service. Remaining at your disposal
Best regards
Traclet Sebastien

Very satisfied with my order as it is really the hats I am looking for, too bad you only have khakis and not in black but that's just a color detail, I will even recommend some for myself and one for my uncle, thank you for satisfying me
