Hat from Traclet, it's the first time I've ordered a hat online, I wasn't too reassured about the size, the color, for the quality no worries I knew the Roannaise house. Very fast delivery thank you for your seriousness.

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello
thank you for letting us know why you indicate that the product is not new.
This hat, as shown in the photos, has passed on the top of the crown and is darker elsewhere.
Best regards

My order was overlooked. I had to send an email for them to realize that my order had not been shipped after 1 month of waiting.
I also received a different item from mine during the first shipment.
The second shipment was the item with the correct name, but it had nothing to do with what I ordered 1 month earlier, the shape was different and the colors too. Maybe it was the old collection I had seen. Or if that is not the case, the addition of the term 'non-contractual photo' should be added.
In any case, I am very disappointed...

First order on this site and really disappointed. Cap ordered supposedly available within 48h. Cap received different from the one ordered, without any explanation and strangely the one actually ordered is no longer available for 3 to 4 weeks!!! So I think it was a default shipment. Otherwise, delivery of the wrong product was done within the deadlines.
