Don't hesitate to call. They are also very responsive and offer solutions by phone. For example: if you can't find the right size online or anything...

I didn't know this site and I'm delighted. I discovered it through word of mouth. I'm not disappointed with the ordered product. One thing is for sure, if I need a hat again, I will return to this site without hesitation.

Delivery times extremely long, without explanations or apologies... Regarding the games, even if you win, you receive nothing. Not reliable, indifference towards the customer.

Response from Chapellerie Traclet Published on 21/07/2020

Hello, please excuse us for the delays, but as indicated when ordering the umbrella and the straw hat, the delay was 2-3 weeks for the hat and 1-2 weeks for the umbrella. The delay for both products was 1-2 weeks in addition to the announced delays. We apologize for this. For the gift, please send us the message at [email protected] so we can send it to you as we did not receive this information. We hope, however, that the products satisfy you. Best regards, Traclet
