The description of the hat was false on the Traclet site. I was offered an exchange with a quite different hat, I made a counter-proposal that remained unanswered by Traclet despite 2 follow-ups. I will not order from this site again.

"Pompon Hat Danica Black - Traclet
A soft and comfortable pompon hat for this winter. An accessory as practical for city walks as for skiing.
An accessory easy to wear and match with many outfits. Its black pompon adds a touch of style. It is a hat that offers very good value for money.
The little extra of this hat is a very soft and pleasant lining, in gray, to keep you even warmer! "

Hello,
I have received the Pompon Hat Danica Black. Unfortunately, it does not match the description as there is no "very soft and pleasant lining, in gray" inside. I chose it for that!
Thank you for proposing a solution.
Have a nice day,
Christine Barancourt

Please let us know in return what you would like.

Best regards,
The Chapellerie Traclet team

no problem! the answer to the question about mixed sizes (60/61) only half satisfies me because modifying the size with a spacer is only valid for ordinary caps. My size 61 fits my head circumference. I was afraid that 60 would be too tight, but that's not the case!
