Serious - fast - competent -1 star because the descriptions of the hats are a bit too 'copy/pasted' between the different models, making it difficult to make a choice...

not easy to find size 53, many hats start at 55-56 so less choice for me.

Nothing to report. For this first order, everything went perfectly well. Fast and efficient, product well packaged in a sturdy cardboard box, quick delivery handed over by the post, choice of delivery with or without signature at the time of order. Honestly perfect.

This is the third time I write messages of dissatisfaction but they are refused!!!! Next time I will give 5 stars with a negative review if that’s better! I am not satisfied because the purchased product does not match the photo, so the site does not satisfy me!!! Do not ask for my opinion if it is to refuse it! 10 euros credit does not help me at all, you sell hats and I don’t need them that often!
