Chapellerie Traclet delivers consistently fast shipping and reliable service, with many customers noting quick delivery and prompt order handling, sometimes arriving in time for events and performances. The product quality and presentation are repeatedly praised: hats and caps are described as well-made, comfortable to wear, with soft materials and neat finishes that align with photos and expectations. A wide selection and clear value for money are highlighted by shoppers who appreciate diverse options, reasonable prices, and durable, stylish designs. Customer service is perceived as attentive and professional, with straightforward returns and responsive assistance when needed.
The photos are not always very reliable but are undoubtedly the hazards of the web... For the rest and for my part, indisputable quality, fast and careful services! I will certainly return.

Very serious, however, it's a pity that I was not informed about the restocking of the cap in the requested size as I had wished by an alert. If I hadn't returned to the site, I would still be waiting for the information. Otherwise, everything is perfect

Very serious site, attentive to its customers. I just gave the clogs to our folk dancer friend, he was very touched and appreciated the quality of the work. Very happy with my purchase.
