The hat is great, the size is perfect. It was carefully packed in a thick box suitable for the item. I recommend.

Order received well packaged. The quality of the product is mediocre. Poor quality straw ribbon in velvet instead of being in ottoman.

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. Regarding the quality of the straw, we can do it with finer straw but the price will be double because our straw is already of classic quality but a finer one will give a hat at around 120 euros. Then as we indicate, the ribbon is in velvet and not in ortolan. As a manufacturer, it is possible to do everything, however, the price will not be the same. Finally, we make hats with the specific ribbon of each association but also each loop of each village. Remaining at your disposal. We wish you a nice day. Best regards, Traclet Sébastien

The expected quality is well verified, but I think there was a size issue. I wanted hats for young children and they are not the requested sizes. It will be fine for next year.

I am satisfied with my order and delivery. The information on the site lacks rigor. For some products, sometimes high-end, the indications are imprecise or even contradictory.

Hello,
Yes, please excuse us for this issue, our straw manufacturer has changed, and the quality of the bowler hat is much coarser. We propose to remake it and send it back to you within 2 weeks.
