The delivery was fast. The hat was damaged and could not be worn. One of the riveted snap buttons was missing. I informed Traclet of this, and they did not respond.

Very good, the site is functional. The prices are correct. My order for the Auckland traveller hat, cotton, color Khaki & hazelnut, perfect, the colors are discreet. Now let's see over time how it will evolve, in terms of hold and shade. For now, I validate. The delivery went very well.

The hat is exactly as described on the site. It is well made: beautiful photos, easy searches by types of models or colors, for example.
