Product in stock visually on the site.
When I paid with Visa, the product was being restocked and now 6 weeks of delay...... the item arrived after I needed it!

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello
Please excuse us for the delay but the information about the restocking was clearly indicated during the purchase both on the product sheet and in an email.
Moreover, what is unfortunate is that we spoke to you by phone and we sent the cap well before your event.
Was there a delivery issue?
We did not receive any feedback from you.
For the issue, we offer you a voucher of 10 euros.
Thank you for getting back to us as soon as possible.
Best regards

Why not 5 stars? Because the package arrived open and without a delivery note.
Otherwise, extra quality!

product that meets expectations. however, the sizes seem strange. I have a 60 cm head circumference, I order size 60 and...too small. I return, request 62 because the sizes seem small at Traclet and...too big. Not wanting to incur shipping costs again, I filled the inside with adhesive tape and adjusted the size.
this is the first time I order this type of item online, I will not do it again because you really need to try it on site to avoid any issues.

I received at least 6 or 7 emails from you since my order? That's a lot for a single cap! I hope this is the last one.

Fast delivery. Product as described.
Small disappointment regarding the text I requested to add; very difficult to read as it was directly written on the packaging paper. I had to rewrite the text on a card.
