Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello
For the delay as we indicated, it was sent on Monday because unfortunately the post does not work on Saturday and Sunday.
We cannot be held responsible for that.
Otherwise, to date, no photo has been received as requested to see the issues encountered.
Best regards

The site is intuitive and easy to use.
Delivery time longer than expected, due to a carrier known for its delays: the Post Office.

Everything very good,
just the gift package as an addition... a simple bag is fine but not with a note written with a ballpoint pen on the bag... a small card stapled would have been so much nicer.

Good products. A bit long to manufacture if you are not part of the standard sizes.

Package arrived well but, in my absence, handed over to people I do not know, living on my street, it took me two days to retrieve my box, I would have preferred the package to be dropped off at the Post Office or a pickup point

Serious. However, the product indications are not detailed (measurements) and therefore very disappointed with the result.

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello
What additional information do you need?
In Chapellerie, women's sizes are 55/56 cm for one-size hats.
We offer hats that we make in France and that we size.
We cannot impose our way of seeing on a brand.
But we also cannot impose on you to choose a French product that has size.
Furthermore, if you have any questions, we respond both by phone at 04 77 71 40 58 and by email.
It is still better to ask if you have questions than to make a criticism afterwards knowing that we already provide a lot of information about the product.
Best regards

Many informations on each product (above the competition I consulted). Very good packaging: paper padding in the cap, surrounded by paper, sent in a box. However, if you could find a way to verify the correspondence between the indicated size and the actual size to inform the customer before shipping, that would be really good.
