Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello, I am sorry if I was sick but there are only two of us and as I indicated to you by phone, I did my best to ensure you received them on time. I even contacted DPD several times to speed up the delivery. It is still very hard to give such a low rating when I did my utmost to deliver to you on time.

Thanks to the people at Traclet who advised me by phone. Just a small downside, I had to order by phone because when registering on the site, I was systematically redirected to Twitter......

The Laulhère house continues this heritage.
With the acquisition of its sister Blancq-Olibet, Laulhère's mission is to preserve this invaluable cultural practice as French heritage and works to resurrect the beret in France and around the world.

A lot of choices but not always available... and the 24-48h delivery, you should rather count on 3-4 days.

Fast shipping, unfortunately the hat is too big even though on the product page it is advised to take one size up (Size small!) and this note is incorrect.
So product return with the losses that this entails and the cost !!!!
Despite my remarks to this site, no apology or compensation offered !
A little more communication would be a plus for this seller ...

Quality products with a very large selection. Perfect delivery. Small downside, a site a bit outdated in terms of ergonomics and design. It deserves a little refresh!

very good but the order was placed at Christmas and we only received the hat now but better late than never because my husband really cared about it.
Until the last moment I was wondering if we would have it because we had no news. I tried to call you but there was no answer.
Once your email was received, everything went very quickly: CONGRATULATIONS!
