It is a product of good manufacture but when I saw the origin of its production I was a bit disappointed with the selling price.

The order could have been perfect if the box for a hat wasn't so big. The package didn't fit in the mailbox.

Shipping costs to Switzerland are very high. The part of the site related to pick-up points does not work. I was therefore forced to choose the most expensive option with home delivery. This may be a point to improve.

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello, Here is the link on our site along with the noted information. For the description, there is the composition, the sizes of the cap hat, as well as its visor length. Then for other images, it is true that we could add more even if there are some on the other colors that are also visible on the product sheet and which are images of worn products. If you need more information, please let us know which ones to help us improve. http://www.chapellerie-traclet.com/fr/bonnet/1853-bonnet-casquette-tribe-noir.html?search_query=tribe+noir&results=1 Text visible on the product sheet: Tribe black cap hat Hat with visor for men and women 100% acrylic. This cool style comes from a successful blend between the Army cap and the hat. Combining both the design of the hat and the visor of the cap. Very nice cap hat in the shape of a cube covering the neck and ears. Quality of the cap hat Size unique either 55-59 cm Composition: 100% polyacrylic Visor of 4.5 cm Best regards, Traclet

The instructions for returning a product are more complex than on a usual e-commerce site. No pre-established return document.

Delivery was perfect! Great for reducing by one size. However, the adhesive on the head reducer doesn't hold and has already come off after one use.

good site...but the descriptions are not accurate...it is indeed stated that the caps fit all heads because they are elastic, but...the elastic is too short!!...so it's too tight and not covering enough the cap!!...

Good, but when a product is unavailable, it is inaccurate to read 'available soon', since after calling it turns out that the product will only be restocked next season!

Disappointment upon receiving my first package when opening and noticing the size error, a cap size M instead of size L. A call to customer service and 2 days later the issue was resolved, phew! Thank you Traclet for your quick response...

I recommend Traclet without hesitation for the quality of their products. The shipment was made as indicated on the site. The only downside during my order: the delivery. The site indicates Colissimo but the delivery was made by an independent carrier for whom delivery times are apparently not a priority. This does not necessarily depend on Traclet but it affects the overall quality of the service.
