If you live outside of France, do not write your details in the local language, only in French, you could wait a long time otherwise!

Good site where I have already ordered, without any problems.
This time, with a payment by check, a tiny issue with shipping. But Taclet quickly resolved the problem.

Well-made site, with beautiful products and choice.
Too bad there isn't, in addition to the existing photos, a photo of the hat worn by the main face shapes.
For white hats, a different background than white would help to better perceive them.

2 hats ordered, one of them was a bit unstitched (but not due to the packaging). The return and reshipment of another hat were done in a short time, allowing me to have them for my vacation. I probably didn't pay attention on the site but the ordered hats are made in China (I thought they were French). One size fits all for the chosen models (they fit a bit large). Nice hats nonetheless.

Very complete, interesting prices. The only small reservation regarding shipping: you must ensure that the chosen pickup point is open as planned ... fortunately the availability of the concerned service by phone helped to resolve a problem independent of Traclet.
