Order prepared quickly. Received quickly as well. Excellent packaging. A site to recommend. One point for improvement: allow the choice of a store, gas station when choosing So Colissimo.

Of course, hat making is declining in our time, but, 'if there is only one left', it is of quality. I always find 'hat on my head'. The selective search is effective and the variety of choice is pleasant.

It's a shame not to have an immediate view of all available colors when looking at a product

Maybe a lack of choice in caps, they are often out of stock) and colors, prices are generally a bit high.

The product is of good quality. However, the loop of the hat strap does not match the image of the order. It should be replaced soon by your services, following my phone call (seriousness of the company)

The site is very well done, clear, sales-oriented and informative. The products are of quality.
One reservation: the restocking delay on one of the caps I wanted: about two months.

I received an announcement regarding the autumn novelties. I consulted it and chose a model. Unfortunately, it only existed in one size (surprising for a new item). I contacted Traclet by email to express my surprise and to check if there was a way to obtain the desired item. I received a proposal for another item in return, which I unfortunately did not verify, fully trusting my supplier. Upon receipt of the item, I noticed the error and returned the item.
