As indicated by this tracking, the package was delivered to the relay point chosen by you on December 18.
Since then it has been returned to us because you did not pick it up.

Following an email, I was told: "The Biarritz model is the same model as the Basica that was delivered to us in order to ship before Christmas." It may be equivalent but it is not identical and it is not the one chosen. I could have been asked for my opinion beforehand...

We will have our packages only at the end of the week or early January.
In order for everyone to receive gifts before Christmas; we sent the Biarritz model. Which is of the same quality but with a different logo.
If this is not suitable, we can send you the correct beret with a good return as soon as we receive them.
