Regarding the stiffness of the hat at Brixton with 8-9 cm brims, the felt is stiffened to hold; otherwise, the brims would be like a wide-brimmed hat and would not hold. On this model, it has an adjustment lace to fit it around the head.
Otherwise, we can adjust it according to the desired size with a coarse grain.
