For the short beanie, it has a cuff that is adjustable, normally it is worn as shown in the photos posted online.

For the box issue which is the packaging of the beret, we can send you a new one.
Finally, regarding the size, I took the liberty of asking you questions to understand if the beret is too small or too large.
Lastly, we sent you a final email two days ago without a response.
A phone call also went unanswered from your side to find a solution to your size issue.
We have been selling in Roanne for over a century and since 1995 online, and we find a solution for each client’s request.

Very fast delivery BUT: Order of reducer bands of two types: The 3M bands are OK, but the Traclet reducers at 9.45E were replaced by cork bands at 0.35E. Well, in the end, I solved my hat problem, but I am out 18E of my pocket.

The ribbon does indeed have a staple for attaching the ribbon to the hat.
But it is not visible, otherwise it is a problem.
This staple is necessary for adjusting the ribbon on the crown. Then it is of course machine sewn.

My opinion: Over time - I have been ordering caps for my men for a very long time and I made my first online purchase with you - I can no longer find models other than very classic ones. This is somewhat acceptable for men's products but your choice for women is far too ordinary and monotonous. You should review your purchases and look for more creative and fashionable options. No doubt, Traclet offers a range of good products. So far so good - it's when you wish to return an item that the purchasing experience is less than satisfactory. Traclet offers neither free shipping nor returns. OK, fair enough. But then why make returns (in my case, an incorrectly sized, ill-fitting cap) so difficult? First, finding 'order returns' on their website took some effort. Second, they demand a special form to be filled out. Finally, an e-mail confirming a return request which the site indicates will be sent was never received. I suggest considering carefully before placing an order with this seller - I certainly will in the future.

We don't pay for returns because we have a Hatter shop in Roanne and we don't agree to pay for this service.
Because customers who go to our shop, we don't pay them to buy a cap.
Moreover, postal service is not free, so even if we pay part of the shipping. We don't agree that this service is free.
We are open to discuss this problem.
Last but not least, in the future, shipping will not be free because shipping costs are increasing.
