Chapellerie Traclet delivers consistently fast shipping and reliable service, with many customers noting quick delivery and prompt order handling, sometimes arriving in time for events and performances. The product quality and presentation are repeatedly praised: hats and caps are described as well-made, comfortable to wear, with soft materials and neat finishes that align with photos and expectations. A wide selection and clear value for money are highlighted by shoppers who appreciate diverse options, reasonable prices, and durable, stylish designs. Customer service is perceived as attentive and professional, with straightforward returns and responsive assistance when needed.
Correct product, however the site is not up to date regarding product availability and there is no email to inform of a longer delivery time than expected.

Chapka ordered in November and received just before Christmas. The chapka is well made and very beautiful. Small downside, it lacks the 'Made in' label and it arrived just in time a few days before Christmas. I was a bit worried... But it's perfect.

Very satisfied with the order, both for the speed of delivery and the product. Only downside, the feather shown in the photo of the hat on the site is missing on the delivered model. Nothing serious in itself but shows a lack of seriousness. I am now waiting for your response to this problem.

Good responsiveness to answer questions before ordering. However, I find it really unfortunate that there is not at least a label indicating the origin 'traclet' with the product. For gifting, this remains cumbersome as one cannot distinguish this Traclet product from a low-end product. Therefore, one has to look for the label of the product composition.

Very disappointed that the cap was just wrapped in simple tissue paper and placed in a plain box... When you buy a Stetson, you expect to have packaging worthy of the name, especially during the Christmas period when the purchase is likely to be a gift.

Overall good, quality product, fast delivery, but navigation on the site a bit complicated to find the desired product. The suggestions are not always relevant based on the chosen filters.

The order went well on the website. Impossible to pay for gift wrapping (Christmas) so I asked to make a gift package in the comment. Delivery received on time. Of the two beanies received, there is a model error, not the right model at all nor the color. No gift wrapping, two beanies loose in a box like an order from a big site. I would have liked to be informed by email that there was no wrapping service. The products are of good quality but I feel like I placed an order on a large 'industrial' site, disappointed with the service.
I will keep the wrong beanie, I don't want to waste my time returning it, it will be an unexpected gift for someone else.

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello
Yes, we do not do gift wrapping except in the shop, but online, we cannot manage that currently as it requires a time we do not have and we do not wish to charge for a service we cannot offer properly.
Regarding your order, we do have two items but not two beanies.
One is for a Bordeaux Polar Anushka Cloche Hat - Traclet and the other is a Pompon Beanie Zélie Marine - Le Drap.
Please let us know which one has an error so we can send you the correct product.
Remaining at your disposal and please excuse us for this error.

Customer service attentive, fast delivery in 48h, good quality price product (beret). Just one issue with the site that charged two orders in a row without having authorization from my bank for the first. To be reviewed, how is this possible? There are 2 different addresses, one in Paris, one in Roanne, you immediately think of an online scam...
