Very disappointed! I ordered a S/M hat, usually the S fits me very well. The same with 2 reducers, still too big. No commercial gesture on the shipping or return resulting in nearly 15€ lost for ultimately having nothing! Really disappointed!!!!

Very good brand, many choices, quality products, attractive website. Really nothing to complain about on the product side. If I don't give the maximum rating, it's simply for delivery reasons: I find it unfortunate that there is no possibility of home delivery, and that delivery to a pickup point is also charged. For products at a significant price (even if justified), and in a very competitive world at this level, it generates hesitation in ordering, perhaps for some customers, a purchase elsewhere.
