Chapellerie Traclet delivers consistently fast shipping and reliable service, with many customers noting quick delivery and prompt order handling, sometimes arriving in time for events and performances. The product quality and presentation are repeatedly praised: hats and caps are described as well-made, comfortable to wear, with soft materials and neat finishes that align with photos and expectations. A wide selection and clear value for money are highlighted by shoppers who appreciate diverse options, reasonable prices, and durable, stylish designs. Customer service is perceived as attentive and professional, with straightforward returns and responsive assistance when needed.
Deception about the quality of the berets; they were not alpine hunter hats, see École Militaire des Chasseurs Alpins in Chamonix.

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello, there is no deception but simply the military model is not this one. The military model is the one without a cap or inner leather. Here is the link for the military model: https://www.chapellerie-traclet.com/fr/beret-militaire/3887-authentique-beret-chasseur-alpin.html. It is of course possible to change it if it does not suit you. Remaining at your disposal. Best regards, Traclet Sebastien.

Hello, the order placed on January 25, 2023, was sent under tracking 6m18689526704. It was received on January 27, 2023. You requested to have a cap with more colorful patterns. As soon as we have the other arrivals, we will send you photos of the received models to see if this one suits you better. Indeed, the patchwork gives a unique cap and we cannot determine the cap before sending. Best regards, Traclet Sebastien.

The photo on your site is not representative of the actual color. I wanted a light beige as represented in the photo and I received a camel beige. I wrote to you in this sense. For the brown, no problem there.

The size M 56-57 that I usually take is too small.
Translated reviews
Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello, it is of course possible to exchange it if it is too small. What we notice in our hat shop in Roanne is that this cap tends to run large compared to a cap made in France or Italy. You should check which cap you are comparing the size with. Remaining at your disposal. Best regards, Traclet Sebastien.
