For the cotton beret, the ordered beret was in blue, if you want it in navy color it is certainly possible to exchange it for a darker color.
Regarding the night beanie, what is the issue?

Navigation on the site and placing an order online without issues. However, I would have liked to be informed of the expected delivery time for the product not available at the time of order. thank you for your message, it is unfortunate to have such feedback. If the product does not suit you, it is certainly possible to return it. We have 3 photos showing the product, from our side at no time did we indicate that it was sewn or glued because for the garnishes to be on the beret the simplest is to glue them since we do not have these garnishes with a button to sew them.

The inner ribbon of the hat is sewn with white thread (while the hat is straw-colored!). This white stitching, which does not even follow the oval of the hat, is very visible on the outside of the hat as shown in the photos I sent you. It is a defect. Please let me know how you could correct it: the stitching needs to be redone with straw-colored thread that should not be visible from the outside. Without this defect that makes it unwearable, I would really like this straw hat.

This type of straw hat, like any straw hat, is worn at the middle of the forehead and at the back bump.
Thus, neither the leather nor the white thread is visible.
This type of straw hat has been made this way for years in Italy but also previously in France.
If you wish to change the color of the threads, it is of course possible.
For that, you need to return it to us and indicate the desired color.

After a first order that I was satisfied with, I decided to buy a second hat for my husband. It arrived with a defect: a hole in the weaving of the fibers. I sent an email to which I received a very quick first response saying that Traclet would address the issue and send me a new hat.
Since then, nothing despite 2 follow-up emails and attempts to call without response.
In short, I feel cheated. If you want a customer service worthy of the name, look elsewhere. It's a shame because I was quite happy with my first order.
