Hello, the order was placed on Monday, December 27, and it was shipped the same day. The normal delivery time with Colissimo is 2-3 days. So delivery on Wednesday or Thursday depending on the volume of delivery. We apologize for this delay beyond our control, especially during a period when the Covid epidemic is significant. Happy New Year 2022. Best regards, Traclet Sebastien

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello
We initially delivered the wrong product, so we sent you a second shipment with the correct product that you returned to us.
To confirm that the second product was compliant, we took a photo of the second product delivered with the product and a caliper to confirm the diameter and a second photo showing the foot mounted on a cane.
We acknowledge the first erroneous delivery, but for the second, it is indeed the correct product with the right dimensions. Moreover, this foot was also sold in the store in Roanne with the person in the store where we placed the foot on their cane.
Thank you for your understanding.
Happy holidays.
Best regards
Traclet Sébastien

The product received does not match the description on your site or the label on the packing list. The Hatteras Louvain old cotton cap received does not have ear flaps.

Hello
I am very dissatisfied with the service because I had to send an email to get my product which was ordered on November 21 and ordered for Christmas
Taking more than a month to send a product seems completely unacceptable to me
I have received neither apologies nor explanations for the delay
Best regards

Delivery on time but not the right product! Indeed, I ordered a sand-colored miki and received it in anthracite. Being for a Christmas gift, there is no time to return it...

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello, there must be an issue with the order because order 254109 concerns a Saint Nazaire miki wool hat - Color: Anthracite - Size: One size. The color we received on our site is indeed anthracite as indicated on your invoice. Please let us know if your invoice is indeed for the sand color because for us the order is for an anthracite color. It is of course possible to change the color if it does not suit you. Best regards, Traclet Sebastien

I have received my order before Christmas, thank you. I just have one disappointment regarding the lack of information about the French and artisanal manufacturing of the hat. I thought it would be more valued with, for example, a note attached to the order, explaining that it is a French product, in which city it was made, the name of the artisan. Or otherwise a logo, a label 'made in France'. I therefore feel like it is a scam...

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello, thank you for your comment, the product sheet clearly states that this product is indeed made in France. Here is the link on our site: https://www.chapellerie-traclet.com/fr/chapeaux-de-paille/11638-capeline-femme-en-paille-canina-traclet.html. Regarding the labeling, normally this hat has a Traclet logo that is associated with the size and its composition. These elements are glued to the bottom of the hat's crown. If there is nothing on it, it must have come off during transport. Remaining at your disposal and wishing you a Merry Christmas. Best regards, Traclet Sebastien

The beige leather Trilby hat size L 58/59 is too large, I returned it by colissimo on 12/17/21. I am waiting for the same in size M 56/57 in return. However, its shape and quality suit me perfectly.
