I ordered 2 berets of the same size, one arrived with the size number modified by hand to make it look like it was the right size. This is unacceptable.

Disappointed, I ordered a mountain hunter's pie and received a Basque beret that is too big.

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello
Please excuse us if we made a mistake.
Is the beret sent approximately 33 cm? Please let us know the diameter you received.
The inside of the beret is labeled Basque beret but the dimensions indeed make it a mountain hunter's beret.

Very fast delivery (one day ahead of schedule). A perfect chapka, the other would have benefited from having a tie that tightens behind the head. But satisfactory purchases

I have already given my opinion several times on the ordered item, a very average quality. Too bad because the hat is beautiful.

Pleasant navigation on the site. Very wide choice. But no news of my order after 3 weeks. I send an email without response. I call and I am told that my order has arrived and will be shipped. Order received with a 24h delay compared to the forecast.

Usually satisfied. For my last order (I am a loyal customer), I am unhappy. A part of the product (but which gives all the charm to the hat) does not match the photos of the article. The response from customer service: it's the manufacturer's fault, figure it out yourself...

Hello, thank you for your message, I am sorry if due to lack of time I could not respond to you Friday afternoon. I did not at any time tell you to figure it out. Today, Sunday, I will take the time to answer your question. For the cord, you need to pass the end that is too long through the part that remains around the crown. If there is a problem, we can make one to your size to satisfy you as best as possible. During this Christmas and COVID period, we are doing our best to respond as quickly as possible. Thank you for your understanding. Best regards, Traclet Sebastien

Very good for the hat, conforms to the description and photo. A small downside on the adhesive paper that closed the package, it was completely cut and the package was opened fortunately without consequence on the content.

Good quality and careful shipping. Only downside: The felt hats of Italian origin run small, to the point that an additional size would have been perfect.

I am satisfied: fast shipping, simple navigation on the site, very fast delivery. However, a bit disappointed with my chapka: it is very nice but I expected a black and white chapka with light fur and I received a black and gray chapka. It is beautiful and keeps me warm but I did not expect that when opening my package. This is certainly due to the photos: the light must certainly alter the colors. Apart from that, I am delighted, the mittens are very warm and comfortable and the chapka is very soft, very warm, and comfortable! I am still happy! Next time I will look at the photos twice.

I received the beret in a simple envelope folded in two. I am really disappointed, I really can't see myself giving it as a gift like that! I should have followed my first impression and bought it on Amazon, at least there, presentation matters, the beret is in a cardboard box, the minimum!

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello
The Flechet Basque beret at 15 euros is sent in a simple envelope because this model is not sold by the brand in a box.
Such a beret cannot be sent in a box that will take more packaging than the product.
We do have berets with boxes that are noted but unfortunately not this model.
We have taken your message into account and we will see if we can improve the packaging of this model.
Best regards
Traclet Sebastien.
